This is a ticketmaster issue not an NFLUK one.
Preregistering for Notification of Tickets
Preregistering for the opportunity to get pre-sale tickets is now closed.
Multiple Registration Applications
Where people submitted multiple preregistration applications, the extra applications will be removed leaving them with just one.
Getting tickets to real football fans
NFLUK members have had the opportunity to preregister and will be able to buy their tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
Additionally a number of tickets will be allocated to BAFL. Obviously some tickets will go to corporate partner/sponsors to aid in the promotion of the game in the UK , but the overriding impetus from NFLUK is that Wembley needs to be seen to have a good crowd for future events to return to these shores. Get tickets to the real fans is a big part of that.
Touting
Touting is an unavoidable fact of life when a finite number of tickets are being distributed for an event. Efforts will be made to try and stop it from happening, but inevitably there will be tickets showing up on eBay and other such sites. Try not to get too disillusioned or frustrated when this happens. Rather than bidding on them, and encouraging the sellers, report them to admins and the NFL, in the hope they will get removed.
Q: Will the game be on TV in the UK?
It shall be shown on Sky. Which means blacked out on the new Gamepass contract.
Q: Some people only just joined NFLUK and might be able to get tickets to the game that I feel I am better qualified to attend. Isn't this unfair?
A:Post counts and joining dates are not a reliable method of ascertaining whether someone is a real football fan (or not). The game has been on these shores for over 20 years. Not everybody has felt the need to be part of the NFLUK website or shouting their views from the treetops in the forum. Quite simply there is not the the time or resources to go round scrutinising the backhistory of each applicant to ascertain whether they are a real football fan or just bandwagoners. The vast majority of applicants will be real fans.
Where will be the Pick Up for fans who didn't get their tickets via mail? Where is it located?
That will have to be taken up with Wembley. Im sure their website will identify the location.
Do we know where we can get an indication as to what we will be allowed to take into the stadium?
ie, food, drink, cameras, binoculars etc
Im reliably told food is not allowed in Wembley, which is pretty obvious. Video camcorders are not allowed, but digital cameras are. Binoculars, I have no idea about. But to be honest, I doubt you would need them.
Does anyone know yet which side of the field the teams will be? Im in 127 and would love to be on the Giants side.
hi i hope this answers the questions about which side of the pitch the teams will be on,
http://www.miamidolphins.com/londonexperience/londonexperience_map.asp
Can you please let me know the approximate time the game will finish?
How longs a piece of string?
This aint a pre-determined sport, so your guess is as good as anyones.
A normal NFL game lasts around the 3 hour mark, this will be similar I would expect.
My tickets are "possible restricted view", how possible? How restricted?
I have the same for my ticket. Here's what it says on the Ticketmmaster order page...
Additional Information:
Due to the nature of the sport some of the seats on certain rows in Level 1 may from time to time have a potentially restricted view due to the volume and movement of Game Personnel on & around the field. For this reason, seats in some rows of Level 1 have recently had to be classified as "Potentially Restricted View"
Can you drink in the stadium?
Yes you can.
If you have managed to buy tickets in one of the earlier rounds, is there any way that you can buy tickets when they go on general sale? I have bought a couple of tickets in the 3rd batch but still have some other friends who havent got tickets yet for the game, am I able to buy more tickets for the game or not?
As far as I am aware, nothing can stop you. No processes are in place to prevent it.
can someone tell me when the General ticket sale begins?
Thanks
The date has not been released yet. When it does, the information will be all over the site. Including on the news page.

is the tailgating party only for those with tailgating ticket's?..
do those with game tickets have access to the tailgating party.
Tailgating is only for those with the tickets for the tailgating party, hence the questionnaire.
Do you need to take a passport with you to show that your name matches that on the ticket?
No
If you have any further questions, post them onto this thread and the answers will be added onto here. As this happens your post/questions will be deleted to keep the thread looking shiny and new.
