good cowboys stuff!!

hi all

wanted to start a thread for anyone that sees any good cowboy stuff for sale that they would like to share!!

as well as the "boys will be boys book" by jeff pearlman, another good book is "war without words, year in the life of pro footballs ncf east" by mark maske is very good , obviously the title shows its not just about the cowboys but a eally good insite to all of our other rivals as well!

The Pearlman book is great, a must read for any Cowboys fan (and pretty much any other football fan I guess). Some of the stories are absolutely unreal. And if nothing else it's nice to remember the days when we had a juggernaut of a team to root for. ;)

I wasn't so impressed by War Without Death. It's not bad, but a lot of it was a pretty dry re-telling of stuff I was already familiar with. The material about the owners and player union negotiations is quite good I guess. From a Cowboys perspective it seemed to me like he had more access to the Eagles and Skins, so the insights into their Front Office and coaching situations were a lot more illuminating than the stuff about Parcells and Jones.

Any other Cowboys related books anyone can recommend?

just ordered "the emmitt zone" its quite old (1995) but was only about 75p on amazon and seemed pretty good,

will let you know whats its like,

not cowboys but currently reading "do you love football" by jon gruden, very good book, man i wias he was our head coach!!

Am waiting for my copy of ' Boys will be Boys' to be delivered... Bleeding postal strike! :)
I do recommend the '10 Greatest Games' DVD.... It's a region 1 but you can change your DVD player to region 'free' with little problems.... You get all 5 Super Bowl wins as well 3 NFC Championship games, the ' Hail Mary' game and a great comeback win in the play-offs against Atlanta...All for under £20 is a bargain.
