The Ravens are now in the last Wild card spot, and at present on target for a Playoff Game Vs the Bunguls.
Though, probably best not to look past Sunday at home to the Bears, the drive for the playoffs starts here :D

I think we will Smash the bears on sunday, and i think if we make it to the playoff game and play the bengals they will be fired up enough to win, Its going to be a wicked few months, Alot of people have written off the ravens but i say ANY GIVEN SUNDAY!

On the other hand if we lose out we might be in the Dez Bryant sweepstakes!
Joke. The playoff scrap is on. Ravens better show they have the balls to do it though.

So if the dolphins win and we win against the bears does that mean we keep the wild card spot? Or do miami have to lose and we win?

If the Ravens win all 3 remaining games they make the playoffs, end of.
If we dont win all 3 it gets a bit complicated, the worst scenario is New England slipping back into the playoffs, they have a tie break over us.
So first. Ravens need to win
We need New England to keep on winning
The Bengals losing would be luverly
It all starts with Chicago ............

I still think we look good, We have the bears, Steelers and Oakland left to play, I reckon The steelers are going to be tough though, There not going to make it easy on us at all!
As for New England they have the Bills, Jags and Texans still to play, And if they dont beat all three then there is something seriously wrong!

For those watching the Ravens, note the game has been moved back from 6pm GMT time to 9:15pm GMT.
This probably applies to Chicago as well

We are in 5th place now, and have a tie break over the Broncos since we beat them earlier in the season.
As far as I can see 1 more win and we are in the post season.
2 wins and we may just edge the Bengels out of the division top spot :D

So the Steelers starting to loom large, and comming up fast.
Whatever happens, we go into the last game still able to make the playoffs.
Beat the Steelers and they go on holiday :)

After last week and Ben throwing for over 500 yards, this really is gonna be a tough one to predict, good thing is for us is were no a winning streak, the defence has turned the ball over and made some good interceptions, us fantasy backers of D/ST know al about that, plus the running game is there along with mr safe hands Mason,
sure the teams we have beat arent exactly the best teams ni the NFL, but confidence must be high and that is always a good thing this time of year!
Pump yourself up boys!!!!!!!!1

Polomalu still not in training, and their coach (Tomlin) dont normally pick player that arn`t training.
So no Troy Polomalu, but if you do see him, it will be the act of a desperate team.
Early pressure on Big Ben is a must, get the big galloot moving, preferably vertically downwards :D
ESPN America are showing the game.
Sky are showing Pats Vs Jags for some strange reason, America wont watch the Jags, but they think we want to

So here we are winding up for the next episode of how to throw it away, but luckily for us
WEEK 17 in LAYMAN TERMS
If the Jets win, Broncos win, Ravens win
The result is:
5th seed: Jets
WHY? Jets have a better common games record
--5th seed is now selected, the tie breaker rules now RESET
6th seed: Ravens
WHY? Head to head against Broncos
If the Ravens win they are in

How far do you fellow ravens on here think we will go if we do make it in with the win on Sunday? All I can see at the moment is either a PI call, Personal foul, dropped catch etc. killing us in the playoffs. This season I've started to not celebrate a big play until i'm absolutely certain theres no flag! I do think we have the talent just not the discipline.

Totally agree, We have some awesome talent, when you break it down there is no area we are weak in! But they need to be more disciplined. hopefully after sundays game they have had a bloody good talking to! Its so frustrating to watch them sometimes because we have had three or four games this season were we gould of won but for stupid mistakes! Im just worried that if we do get through its going to be the same old story!

Penalty-wise, Sunday must have been the peak, and still nearly beat them.
It must be clear to Harbs that he has to rein them in, in fact the next interception, they all run to the middle of the field and fall down :D
As for the choice, Cincy or The Pats, not really bothered, we can beat either, but first we need to crush the Raider Nation .....

Think I would rather have the Pats to be honest - out of sorts to put it mildly in recent weeks! Mind you, let's concentrate on Oakland first...

I watched the week 4 game on gamepass last night and we got so close to beating them forgot how much that game was the start of penalties killing us. Watching that game did re-assure me about our secondary a little bit. When I saw Webb was done for the season I got very gloomy about our prosepcts as he seemed to be developing into a great corner. But the Pats did not gash the secondary and both Moss and Welker were kept reasonably under wraps largely by Foxworth, Washington and Walker! Carr has proven to be about the same standard as Washington so maybe our secondary will hold up. The gameplan may be to take away the receivers and say to Tom Brady: beat us with Ben Watson, while he's a decent TE and he led the Pats receivers that day, he could have led them by a lot more than he did.

Welker being out is good for our secondery as well, that will be a massive blow to their offence, I really rate the patriots, as much as everyone seems to hate them they are a good side, even without Wes Welker. Its going to be a tough one but our boys can definately pull this one off, we just need to think about what we are doing and stay disaplined, we cant afford to be giving away yards against the pats,
