Mods might as well delete this thread as it's seemingly useless. Bin off private messaging too while you're at it. Perhaps we'd be better served posting our issues in an important thread elsewhere............

It goes beyond frustrating when a person responsible for monitoring the issues on this website buries their head in the sand. Over the years I've avoided being confrontational about things or making it personal but clearly nothing gets done.

Forum members have posted their issues on a thread created by Qualcomm and had no response, and it's not the first time people's issues/questions have lay dormant for an age without a response.

I've personally sent Qualcomm a PM (and a visitor message on Qualcomm's profile), not for the first time, and haven't received a response. In the meantime Qualcomm has replied to/created new threads and clearly been online. Despite using the forum Qualcomm hasn't responded or even acknowledged anything.

So that means either Qualcomm doesn't monitor the threads he/she created. That Qualcomm doesn't receive PM's, which is an issue that would need resolving in itself. Qualcomm is fed up with/can't fix the issues with this site so has taken to ignoring them. Qualcomm has more important things to deal with I.e. Promoting anything NFLUK related, events, column, articles, etc. which means site issues are so low on his/her job list that they are irrelevant.

I'm going to guess it's a combination of the above. It feels like this forum is more trouble than its worth most of the time for NFLUK, bar it's PR announcements, but they can't get rid of it, admit it isn't a worth their while, etc. as that wouldn't reflect too well now would it.

You're not helping by answering your own question so Qualcomm doesn't have to bother.

Good point!

Although hopefully Qualcomm will pop in to confirm if my view of things is correct, or enlighten me if I'm wrong...............

Doesn't help either when their email announcing the kickoff times for the London Games says Jay Ajayi plays Right Back for the Dolphins. I guess that makes Jarvis Landry a winger.
