I don't have Sky but I was intending to watch on BBC and switched to Gamepass once it became clear that the BBC weren't using the Fox comms and took the international feed instead.

A full six-hour replay of the Super Bowl at 8am on Monday morning was watched by 36k people on SS3, whilst 12k watched a replay which started at midday on SSMix.

Two-hour-long highlights of the game were watched by 31k people at 6pm Monday on SS3, with a further 14k watching on Tuesday at 18pm on SSMix.
