Not sure of his contract situation but if Fred Taylor continues to perform well does anyone think that Cooley could get trade in the off season?

Lets be honest we have very few tradeable assets and there is clearly so many holes to fill so additional draft picks could come in very handy.

Whilst he is a great player for the Skins tight ends don't command big trade values. You'd be lucky to get a 2nd rounder and Cooley is worth more to this team than that.

If you tied Cooley and Portis together in a package then someone might bite
but if it was a team in contention looking to load there skill positions up then
you would probably only get a late 1st rounder where the QBs and Tackles
would have gone thus defeating the purpose, Another option would be to club
one or both of them with the second round pick to get possibly a decent 1st rounder
where we might be able to get both the QB and a Tackle in one go.
Russell Okung seems to be the name that leads all boards as the top T and
Clausen leads as the top QB.
