I think he's great but not sure we will mount a serious challenge in the coming years if he stays in charge. He's been there for years and I'm starting to think maybe a change at the top may help us evolve in to a more versatile team instead of a run, run, run offense. I thought that once we signed Moss things would change and we would become a more balanced offense but instead we've become stagnant and Randy has touched the ball about 5 times since he joined. Going from a 5-2 team and looking playoff bound to a 5-8 team and looking mediocre at best.

I think Fisher is a top coach. If the Titans ditch him I think that would be a foolhardy move.

I Think Fisher just needs to focus, go deep and find some of that spirit we saw years go. It shows loyalty, trust and belief in a team. If he leaves i fear we will have an even worse season for the next few years to come.

Never give up hope!

There is a bit of a Fisher love in going on around the league. . he 'aint all that . . I am not tryin to troll here but IMO I dont rate him as highly as he is getting credit for. .

Lets look at the evidence:

Honestly Jeff Fisher is an ok coach. . but look at his record. . he has not had many 'winning' seasons. .in terms of division/playoff success his team has finished mid table a lot. . he has had a few really decent seasons. . 6 in 16 years. . he threatens greatness but fails to deliver. he is ok if you want your team to walk the middle of the road rather at a steady pace. . but he will never deliver greatness. . not in my opinion anyway. .

Actually I am going to look at the last 16 years now .. .

1995 7-9
1996 8-8
1997 8-8
1998 8-8
1999 13-3 lost in the SB
2000 13-3 lost to Ravens in div game
2001 7-9
2002 11-5 lost to the Raiders in Championship game2003 12-4 lost patriots div game
2004 5-11
2005 4-12
2006 8-8
2007 10-6 lost to Chargers in WC game
2008 13-3 lost to Ravens in div game
2009 8-8
2010 6-10

he has a 5-6 post season record and just 6 winning seasons in 16

Good solid teams dont finish:

7-9
5-11
4-12
6-10 or even 8-8.. mediocrity sits at 8-8.

Sorry Titans fans but I dont see why he is so rated. .

Says it all.

It's not that fisher is AMAZING or anything. It's just that he's alot more desirable to have in the organisation than vince young is.

I voted yes as I think he has out-stayed his welcome, he has done an ok job with what he has been given QB wise but we had an awesome defence a few years back and then folded to the Ravens and I can't let that go but, who do we bring in?

For those fans of other teams if he was in charge at your place would you still want to keep him on?
