All but the official word from the team it seems (http://www.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entry/22475988/27450902?source=rss_teams_Atlanta_Falcons).

Erik Coleman has been a good veteran leader for us but there is no way we can afford to be spending 3 odd million of the cap on a backup safety. William Moore did a cracking job and will continue to improve I'm sure.

Who could be next for the axe? There's been talk of Jamaal Anderson as well as Chris Owens.

Coleman was a good solid player for us, but not worth the money required to keep him around.

Owens is no big loss, after a promising (but by no means spectacular) rookie year he stagnated this season and looked lost in the playoffs.

I'd keep JA98, since bulking up and playing more downs inside hes proven his worth as a versatile lineman hes decent in rotation, that said, how much is he going to cost us? Might need his contract tweaking.

I assume as a top ten pick he'll cost us a fairly sizeable amount by now.
