I am looking go to later this year / next season. Could I just ask a few questions.
Did you book everything separately, flights hotel ticket or use a specialist like Thompson Sport. If it was separately did use Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange?

Hey Stevefitt, maybe I can offer a few comments. Its pretty easy to organise your own trips and unless you know someone locally who has a season ticket, the official NFL ticket exchange is your best bet. It's a great service and you can even select tickets for immediate print out. I have used it a load and it's great. I have also booked trips with Sports Travel Tours. They are good as they have a local guy and, although you will probably pay a bit more, they can throw in things like a tailgate party and like the upcoming British Saints trip, visits to High Schools games, LSU etc. so I recommend them.
It's up to you. If you want to do the nitty gritty of booking yourself, we can give you tips, or take the easier way of have someone do it for you!
What I do know is once you go, New Orleans will get in your blood and you might have to resign yourself to continual holidays there!
But there is so much to do, I have been lucky enough to go a bunch and there are enough people on this forum to give you travel itinerary for 20 trips!

Sports travel tours are doing a special for the double header if cowboys and 49ers this year. Not to late to book just mention the UK saints Facebook page (join if you haven't already).

Hi
The advice in the earlier posts is what I done for all my trips so far, I find the thompson price a bit high.

There are some good deals out there for travel, the safest place for the tickets is via ticketmaster.

Good luck with future plans.
