Finding teams in the UK ?

Been watching NFL for a while now and would love to give it ago, is there anyway I can go to find teams or get in contact with some? Never played it before but would love to give it a go!

I'v also got a younger brother who wants to try it too but hes only 12 so I'm guessing there is some flag teams for younger ?

I keep getting directed to a website (Lost the name now) when ever people posted about this but every time I went on it it came up in some foreign Asian language.

I'm also in the Portsmouth area and 18 Years old :)

Clearly you haven't used google!

There are 3 teams all within 1hr of you.

Here's a direct link Dean: http://www.bafanl.co.uk/teamfinder/player.
This really only shows adult teams, but for junior\youth levels, contacting adult teams should help point you in the right direction.

If your planning on going to Uni, playing for a Uni team is also possible. believe Portsmouth has a Uni team too, which runs through roughly nfl season, which normally just conflicts with pre season with adult team, and yes you can play for both (though I've heard of a couple of teams discouraging this due to wanting players to have an off season and injury fears).
