Draft complete. Picked 7th -

Courtois
Hennessey

Cahill
Luiz
Baines
Blind
Matip

De Bruyne
Hazard
Sane
Fabregas
Ramsey

Giroud
Sandro
Rondon

Pretty happy with that after watching the top strikers fly off the board first up.

(Picking 1, 16, 17, 32, 33.........)

Pickford
Mignolet

Cedric
Bailly
Alderweireld
Monreal
Alonso

Townsend
Lanzini
Klaassen
Coutinho (Dont go to Barca, Dont go to Barca, Dont go to Barca, Don't g......)
Redmond

Vardy
Kane
Iheanacho

Yeah, wished i'd taken Ozil over Vardy with my 2nd pick, but not too unhappy with how it turned out.

Defensively more solid than spectacular. My midfield is lacking, which is a worry, all of them have question marks in one way or another. Up front, couldn't pass on Kane, and then hoping the Leicester duo cover any striker catastrophes.

The other worry, no City cover. Would have liked Sane or a full back but it wasn't to be.

Get the feeling this squad might be average when all is said and done.

So that's why I had no midfield options!

You did well snapping up that quintet! (He says through gritted teeth :D)

Picking 8th

Cech
Fabianski

Walker
Valencia
Kolasinac
Lindelof
Ake

Alli
Mkhitaryan
Willian
Zaha
Tadic

Lacazette
Chicharito
Gayle

not too bad but some risky picks.

Picked 2nd - Willoughby Wednesday

GK - Ederson (ManC)
GK - Foster (WBA) - after the page froze and autopicked!

DEF - Clyne (LIV)
DEF - Mendy (ManC)
DEF - Keane - (EVE)
DEF- Darmian (ManU)
DEF - Rudiger (CHE)

MID - Salah (LIV)
MID - Silva (ManC)
MID - Lallana (LIV)
MID - Knockeart (BHA)
MID - Pedro (CHE)

STR - Aguero - (ManC)
STR - Gabbiadini - (SOT)
STR - Abraham - (SWA)

Happy enough with that. A couple of gambles on players new to PL or with new teams which may boom or bust. Went with Knockeart and Abraham. Having watched both in the Championship, they have a chance of making an impact

Picked 6th (I think!) - Bombay Mix

GK - Heaton (Burnley)
GK - Hart (West Ham)

DEF - Azpilicueta (Chelsea)
DEF - Kompany (Man City)
DEF - Stones (Man City)
DEF - Smalling (Man Utd)
DEF - Mertesacker (Arsenal)

MID - Pogba (Man Utd)
MID - Son (Tottenham)
MID - Antonio (West Ham)
MID - Kanté (Chelsea)
MID - Matic (Man Utd) later swapped for Barkley (Everton)

STR - Morata (Chelsea)
STR - Defoe (Bournemouth)
STR - Llorente (Swansea)

Reasonably happy with that lineup. Should have had Peter Cech as my keeper, but the site froze up and I ended up getting Matic auto picked for me. Dropped him for Ross Barkley, as I already had Pogba and Kanté.

Obviously relying on Morata settling quickly...
