Default Your chance to play american football...

Just last weekend over 84,000 fans filled Wembley and thousands others tried to get tickets but weren't lucky - that's a lot of football fans out there in the UK.

Being a fan doesn't have to stop with going to the game or watching it on TV, you can play it too - and it's really easy to get into.

There are British kitted and flag american football leagues you can join right now. check out for more info.

The easiest way to get into the sport is Flag football - there are leagues for both adults and kids. It's a 5-a-side non-contact league - an easy to learn, fun and less expensive version of the kitted game.

There are teams around the UK you can join or you can set up your own team quite easily - you only need a minimum of 5 people to form a team.

I play for the Chichester Sharks, near the West Sussex / Hampshire border and we're currently looking for more players - come on down if you live locally.

If you have questions about how to set up your own team, ask here, or on our website ( , we'd be happy to help.
