This is a brilliant idea, glad to see it!

Personally I usually fire up my BBQ/Smoker about 6PM on Super Bowl Sunday. Sainsbury's do a pretty decent shoulder of pork (1KG with bone in) which I cook around 150 for 3/4 hours - wrapped in foil and my own blend of a wet BBQ sauce.

I serve that up in buns for some pulled pork burgers, usually throw a combination of cajun wings (from my local butchers) and ribs into the mix too, with plenty of sweet potato fries and nachos!!

Oh and of course, plenty of drink! I usually range from Anchor Steam to Sierra Nevada.
