I was on a standard desktop PC at work. I finally got through and once I did it was quite good. The irony of being timed to complete my purchase when I had been waiting for far longer did not escape me though!

Ticketmaster are working on this issue now.

If you are getting error messages, please make sure you've selected ALL games.

You must purchase for all 4 games to complete transaction.
Thanks.

I've got the same number of wembley seats selected as i do twickenham. Is that what you mean by purchasing for all 4 games? What else would i need to do?

Twice I've logged in, and twice I have failed to complete due to error messages.

I've also tried using IE and Safari on my mac

Guys the problem is just with moving seats. If you keep the same then you are fine (tested this myself but as I want to move I aint keeping them).

FYI I receieved the following from Alistair Kirkwood

"First of all sincerest apologies

I’m aware of the problems and we have been in contact with Ticketmaster through the last hour stressing the importance and urgency of this. Unfortunately it’s not our site so we’re reliant on them telling us what’s wrong and how it’s being solved

Been an extremely poor experience and one that we are embarrassed to be part of

Please bear with us. Thanks for your support."

Thanks, good to know. I'm keen to move seats for Twick and add an additional seat, so think i'll need to wait for Ticketmaster to resolve the issue

Kirkwood should know these are repeat issues year on year. Just move ticket providers next year. Talk is cheap.

Frustrating as the last two years had actually been smooth and people talking in whispers that things had got better.

Unfortunately back to the previous now...
