Qualcomm - I only want to renew 2 of the 4 season tickets I had the last two years (but still for all 4 x games) as two of my friends can't make it next year - is this the problem? - if so this is crazy....

Is Ticketmaster an "official partner" of the NFL?

Tried it for the 4th time and was successful, used IE instead (made me feel dirty).

Didn't get the 'errors on page' message and was able to submit payment

Finally got my payment through - chose the direct debit spread over 5 x months option.

so 2 hours 40 minutes to renew, shocking really, but I am not pointing the finger at NFLUK, its the eticketing site from 'ticketmonster', had exactly the same issue with West Ham tickets when they took over ticketing for them at the London Stadium.
It would be a nice and reasonable
gesture to refund the booking fee after this fiasco, but two hopes of that, ones Bob .............

From AK:

"
We’ve been advised by TM that the problems have been resolved but still double and triple checking
"

Personally from my end the fact that we have to pay a booking fee to TM for the "priviledge" of using their systems stinks more than any time wasted trying to get tickets in the first place

Yes, you can reduce or increase your season ticket order.

Renewed after over 2 hours of trying on and off at just after midday.

Kept my Wembley tickets and changed my Twickenham ones and managed to get front row on the upper deck near the half way line.

Took us hours, mainly because we wanted to change our seats at Twickenham (we're happy with the Wembley ones). Every time we changed seats and put new ones in the basket it created problems and the site crashed before payment. Then whenever we went back in the seats we had chosen before weren't available; we wanted sideline but had to settle for upper tier endzone as want to be nearer the front of the stand than right at the back.

Finally got through but having been on it from 10am and not completed it til 1.45 it's totally unacceptable. Anyone would think NFL don't want our money. There needs to be an easier way, and Ticketmaster are part of that major problem with their website not being able to handle and sort of demand properly.
