With releasing Butler would that make room for Myles Jack?

It's possible, but I think the Chargers are high on Denzel Perryman. Can't have enough good LBs, mind...

Not in the way they've named the positions, but the players they've listed. Reyes is the starting RE and Liuget the starting LE. They've simply got them the wrong way around. In fact, they've got the back-ups the wrong way around too

Te'o usually lines up at WILB and Perryman at SILB, so they've got that wrong as well

I don't see them taking another ILB that high after trading up for both Te'o and Perryman in the space of three years. ILB could be addressed later in the draft, no doubt. I'm expecting us to pick up two comp picks, so we could be looking at having two 4ths, a 5th, two 6's, and a 7th.

We have holes all over the field, so lets trade back. I can't see the point of us yet again blowing a first on a solitary player (Probably Ramsay) and then the rest of the defence being so weak it makes no difference. Gordon was thrown to the lions with terrible playcalling and a horrific o-line....Ramsay will have the same issues with our defensive front being so weak - as mentioned earlier, we had Weddle there playing to an all-pro level and it still didn't help.

Trade back to someone who will give us big picks on a talent like Bosa or a QB, collate some picks, trust our scouting and strengthen all over the field - We need it after Telesco gifts away picks year on year....

As it happens I'm picking in the 7 round mock on here so i'll welcome any advice on what to do.....

Draft seven Centers. We're bound to hit on at least one who doesn't have rollerskates for feet.

Can't see us finding a dance partner to trade with, and all I hear is this years de/dt class is deep. Therefore I see logic to massively upgrade the secondary with Ramsey and still grab a impact player on dl with #35. But then that leaves ol, wr, mlb...yeap we have many needs. Bugger.

Priority imho -

DE/NT > OC/OT > WR > FS >TE

Wouldn't even think about taking a Safety before the 3rd round, and obviously priorities could change depending on FA signings. I don't expect much on that front since Telesco seems to come straight out of the AJ Smith school of avoiding throwing the dice entirely. We'll probably sign one middle tier FA from another team, a couple of low rent cast offs, then call it a day. It's the Charger way.

Looking at the draft since Telesco took over, of the 17 players 10 defence and 7 offense, 4 linebackers, 2 DL,2 OL,2 WR,4 Db,1 QB,and 2 rbs, interestingly A LB has been picked 2nd each year
