Default NFL team & Football Teams

Hi guys,

I was unsure as to which topic to put this under so apologies for that.

I was wondering if there was any relationships between the football team you support and the NFL team you support?

Whether it be you chose your NFL team because they played in the same colours or chose to support the Rams because you support Derby (nicknamed the Rams).

I'd also like to see if there was more fans from any particular football club that supports a particular NFL team.

Or maybe you keep the two separate and there is no relation between them?

I'd love you hear from you all and hear your stories.

Thanks guys,
Tom.

Well, I support the Jets and Ipswich Town, so maybe I just don't like winning...

Patriots and Chelsea!

Both supported by glory hunters but I was born into a Chelsea supporting family and started supporting the Patriots after watching them lose SB 42!!

Pittsburgh Steelers and Leeds United. No relationship to each other, I'm probably supporting Pittsburgh longer although there's not much in it, both since the late 80s, and I only started following Leeds cos my dad did

Patriots and Tranmere Rovers

Back in the 80's when I first started supporting the Pats they were the underdogs a bit like Tranmere so maybe thats why I liked them.

Teams couldn't have gone in more opposite directions if they had tried!!!!!

Panthers and West Bromwich Albion. Not quite the same colours, but I was set on a team that played in blue, and I did rule out certain teams because of their colours

Arizona Cardinals and Bristol City.

Grand Canyon and the Cheddar Gorge.

Almost twins.
