Pees coached Vrabel in New England so maybe a good fit for the system he wants to run.

It appears the issue is the timing of when unused salary cap space rolls from 1 year to the next. The Bills have already done that, so have 0 dollars of unused space in 2017 so have to keep him until the new league year

That might just be the right decision. The hit rate hasn't been as high in recent years. Ozzie goes out as a Ravens/Browns legend

I'm totally ok with that. His inability to draft good offensive skill players has been grating on me for a while. A parting of the ways is probably good for both parties at this point.
