Mourinho proves to be a good coach you have to be a lucky one.

If these are the best two teams on the planet there is a heck of a lot of distance between teams 1 & 2.

Yet another dodgy pen for Real at home saves them from 6 defeats in a row, Barca had another gear or two if they wanted to. I think Jose really has to think about changing his tactics if he wants to win the Champ League ties

Only when Ozil entered the fray did Real pose any threat. Just think what might have been had Mourinho had a pair of balls to start with.

He'll have to be different in the Champions League, defensive doesn't work in the Camp Nou, and a 1-1 draw at home won't be enough.

My manlove for Mario Gomez has increased today.

On current form he looks like the best striker in Europe, and much better than the duffer who showed up in euro 2008.

A first half Hat-Trick today,he has been outstanding, and strange to think he is only 25.

29 games 30 goals this season.

Dortmund about to restore their 8 point lead.

I'd take Gotze in a heart-beat in the summer, get him playing on the right side, and bring Subotic to replace Carra long term.

Probably big money, 25 million plus i think ... i would take him over Pastore in a heartbeat.

Subotic is decent, I would rather have Mexes on a free though.

Well, that's not likely to happen any time soon. Subotic reminds me a lot of Hyypia. Go get him FSG!

Really, I always thought of Mexes as a liability when I've seen him play both through his play and temprement, though tbh not seen much of Roma this year.

I think he realized that La Liga is over and therefore didn't want to give to much away with the bigger games coming up. Barca might well have the strongest 11 but Real have the stronger squad and I reckon he's been quite clever by sitting back and letting Barca domonate cause come the 4th game Barca could well be knackered and short of a player or two.
Wed night is going to be intresting to see how he sets them up.
I'm also looking forward to seeing what the fans come up with and how they behave. Hopefully the atmosphere is something special. Normally there's only about 300 away fans at each others ground so with both of them having 20,000+ it should be a cracker. Wish I was going to be in Valencia on wed night, that's for sure.
