I think this season there is more realistic reason to be hopeful. A new, young coach with new ideas. You now have your franchise QB and you still have the best WR tandem in the business.

Any improvements to the line, running game and D will surely = much greater success.

Looks to all intents and purposes that Faneca will be staying put and playing out his contract at the Burgh.

Might be that something gets sorted before that though, who knows?

All depends on how desperate Faneca is to leave, he really hasn't indeared himself to Tomlin at all.

Either way you'd probably have to give up a 2nd or maybe a 3rd rounder next year to get him this season.

or pay very big bucks, next season to him personally, and to a gut (ha i nearlly corrected this but then didn't bother) that'll be pushing 32 and is on the decline, not sure how wise a move that would be?

Good luck, you'll need it with Whiz n Grimm!

Im very excited to see the Cards this season, they have so much potential and their draft was awesome. I reckon Whis will do the business, but then the divis rivals are not gona lay down easy. I quite fancy the Rams this season. Good luck Cards cos they're a talented team.

If by some form of miracle we actually do live up to our potential for once I think its a shame on the poor timing. The niners have really improved, the Hawks are always strong and the Rams look competetive!

Should be a very exciting division!

is it just me or do you think a group should be set up that shows the true cards fans before all the glory hunters and bandwagon jumpers come along when the cards get to the playoffs this year or even the superbowl. I think us cardinal fans should be recognised for keeping the faith through all these tough times of 6-10 and 5-11 records

I'll be keeping a very close eye on the Cardinals this season, to see if they can finally live up to those lofty expectations they have.
