Default Another who to support thread

Hi,

I've been following the NFL for about a year now over in the UK and I'm still struggling to find a team that I feel like are mine. I enjoy watching the Broncos but I don't really think they are my sort of team. The issue of having 32 teams involved makes it hard for me to watch every team and decide which one's I like.

I would like a bit of help on who to support from you all and I have a few requirements: I would quite like a team who have a good balance of both offence and defence but rely on attack more often than not. An up and coming team would be great to support as then I wouldn't have to jump on a bandwagon straightaway.

Any help or suggestions you have would be great!

Obvious I would say that but how about the Eagles
New coach, his first season in the NFL and has turned the team around from last year. Working with a young team, still improvements to be made but haven't had a bad season Atawl. Pushing for the division.

For the sake of your sanity I would strongly advise against the Raiders.

You can add the Jags to that list

I actually ended up watching the Eagles game the other night and I quite enjoyed the way that they played especially when they got themselves back in the game after a poor start. So I do like the suggestion of going for them.

I'd say either Philly or Chicago. Which is great since they're facing off this weekend. Two up-and-coming offenses with poor defenses at the minute but from next year should have the talent on both sides to compete for a championship.

Going by what you've said in your opening post, the San Diego Chargers might be a team worth looking at.

Surprised no-ones mentioned the Saints - not really up and coming but great offense and pretty decent defense too.

If you want up and coming I'd say the Jags - can only see them getting better and better over next few years Plus the fact you can travel to London and see them the next few years.
