I ordered a load of Ohio State stuff from Fanatics. Com, found them cheaper than Uk american sports store to be honest. The tax is added at the checkout so it's not like before when you got caught out and had to go to the post office to pay!

Good stuff, just out of curiosity how much was the tax (as a % if you don't want to give a £/$ amount).

No idea now sorry, checked my stuff was ok when it turned up then deleted the emails. I got a jersey and some t shirts, worked out £38 cheaper though than if I ordered with Ukass

No probs, I ordered some stuff from Ukass recently, and I was a little surprised at the 'extra' cost. The postage from the US though would have been £20, which left around about the same again to cover 'taxes'. Get the feeling ordering direct from fanatics would have been a little bit cheaper, but at least i'll know for next time.

Not sure if it's calculated inc. or exc. delivery, so somewhere between 20% and 23% on my last order.

UKAS is sometimes cheaper, sometimes more expensive. Obviously has to make a bit of a profit otherwise no point for him

True. I suppose like you say it differs from order to order. Plus the service from Ukas was 1st class, can't knock it. Cutting out the middle man is often cheaper though, because again like you said, he has to make some profit otherwise what's in it for him. I expect Ukas made about £10 profit on my order.

Based on that, and if my maths are correct, it does end up around £12 profit for Ukas on my order.

Order anything interesting? Guessing it has a Ducks theme?
