Alan Pardew if he gets 4th, without a shadow of a doubt.

If not, maybe whoever finishes higher between Norwich/Swansea, I think it should be Lambert to be honest.

Pardew, nobody was expecting this, Europe would have been incredibly good but Champions League would be amazing.

No Steve Kean in the poll? shocking

For me it should be Pardew, when he took over Newcastle fans where less than happy and were one of the top candidates to get relegated. He's made some good signings for not much money (if you excuse Cisse, but they were hardly bottom 3 before he signed)

Outside the top 4 only 2 teams ( Chelsea and Newcastle) have scored more goals than Norwich.
How often can you say that about a newly promoted team?

Its Lambert by a country Mile imho.

Brendan Rogers. A team built of FL players with little or no experience and hasn't compromised his teams ethos with the aim of finishing 17th. When he's bought he's bought well with players such as Vorm & Sigurdsson on loan.

Lambert has worked miracles and Pardew has surprised many, but I just like watchingnSwansea play and beat the top tier teams at their own game.

Swansea are boring IMO. They are a possession team, not an attacking team. Their fooball is easy on the eye, but they rarely do too much with it. Their defending is the major reason for their success.

Not to take anything away from that though, it's very effective for them and Rogers deserves tons of credit, but it's nothing Lambert hasn't done, his feat is made even more special by their back to back promotions.

Good to see all 3 have support, what is refreshing this year is that the award won't go to one of the usual suspects, or at least it shouldn't.
