Losing games due to HCF predictions.

Losing games to the other side being unbelievably jammy.

Losing games to try and get a better draft position! Never happening.

However, back to the issue, it happens in the real thing, but can't see it happening in Fantasy world.

While he is away, I got promoted last season despite his predictions. Although I had to lose the first 3 to throw him off from using his full voodoo powers.

We should have stupid questions for Richard time each week.

When does the Waiver go active and how do you actually put in your requests?

Think it's Thursday morning.

You see a guy unattached say on Tuesday morning and try to sign him, this will then be put in a waiver queue and you can select multiple waiver claims. The when they process on say Thursday then the teams with the highest prio (worst record first) get the players as a priority, but after one claim you go to the back of the line for the next one.

So it means ordering your waiver queue if you want more than one player is quite important.

So Tuesday and Wednesday are your best days for trying to claim players.

Bit awkward with the waivers, when there is a game on Wednesday night. I wanted to ditch the Cowboys D... but the one I wanted to swap them with, was not available until the Thursday waiver claims. ...But Dallas are playing tonight.

Gonna have to get creative!

Having the opening game on Wednesday has thrown me right off this year... it doesn't feel like it should be the start of the season tonight!

Glad to get off to a winning start here, not much available on waivers though...

I'm slightly offput by the return yardage system in this one, just seems a bit strange that you get the same points for return yardage as you do for rushing yards for example.

So take Thigpen. He returns all our punts and kicks currently, he's a lock for around 100 yards a week (and hence 10 points) if not more, and this week outscored waiver wire hot stuff Kevin Ogletree even though he had 2 receiving TDs. just seems a bit skewed IMO.

Very happy to have won, having left AP on the bench, due to believing that he was being slowly brought back into things.

Based on the returns issue. Waivers are going to be fun, as there are numerous returners who outscored my receivers!

Yeah, by the way I'm not suggesting we change anything now, just seems to randomise it a bit as it rewards better knowledge of who's a KR & part time RB/WR than who's say 3rd WR on someone's depth chart and is good for 4-5 catches a week.
