Default Urgent stadium update

Further to Tottenham Hotspur’s announcement about games being moved to Wembley Stadium, including the Seattle Seahawks-Oakland Raiders matchup on October 14, we will be sharing ticketing information later this week. This will include relevant information for those who have already purchased hospitality packages, plus details of ticket sales at Wembley Stadium.

Will be interesting where Spurs play; or when.

They have a big match at home to Manchester City on 28th October. No way can that take place at Wembley as its already booked with Jacksonville hosting Philadelphia. Sounds like they will have to find (another) alternative venue; the Emirates stadium is available that weekend! City enjoyed their visit there yesterday.

Finally common sense prevails.

So that should mean EVERY season ticket holder will get their full allocation of tickets for the Raiders game in the same seats. Or should i say they better, otherwise a whole can of whoopass is going to be unleashed on the NFLuk.

No chance Spuds will use the Emirates. They can use Twickers if need be.
As for City, they bought it all...they bought it all...

the PL already "tweaked" the rule's to allow Spurs to play home games in 2 stadiums no way they allow us the make it 3.either we switch with City or the game just gets postponed.

whatever the delays are with the two test events planned before we open surely they can be fitted in before late October.#COYS

Spurs have stated that the City match on the 28th is at a Venue to be confirmed. Wembley is out and it seems unlikely that the new stadium will be ready; not impossible but all the vibes suggest it won't be.

Plan B with the League was to continue at Wembley. So strange they had a fixture for that weekend at Tottenham. Although there is only so far you can arrange around one team, and three of four weeks were allocated to the NFL (one as back-up for this very issue).

With both teams in the Champions League, City may not be happy to move to another date. Has a PL match ever been postponed because the host can't provide a stadium as opposed to weather, transport or security issues?

Is it possible Spurs may not be allowed to play at their new stadium this season and be restricted to Wembley and a second stadium?

No players signed in the summer, what I believe are really high season ticket prices based on the new stadium, the NFL being on alert weeks ago about issues; may be quite messy for Spurs.

On a plus point I’ve just managed to book two nights in the Wembley Premier inn for £65. Anyone needing a hotel should act fast before the price rockets.

So are we expecting to be offered to simply extend our season ticket? I've had the same seats for years because they are brilliant seats, I already have them for the two games at Wembley, I don't want to have to change seats for the third and fight to buy seats on general sale.

as per the report on BBC this morning they don't even needs fans to make a profit, so they can play their first home game without fans if its just safety concerns. lets be honest, atmosphere wise it doesn't really matter...
