Got to admit, going into this off season I was pretty blindly in love with Cook after having watched his performance v Michigan, and I think he would be the perfect fit with Luck, but with the likes of Mixon, Foreman and Mack available probably in the 3rd or 4th, think I'd rather we go defense for at least the first 2 rounds.

Damn, I did the draft predictor on nfl.com, so that is just an error with me copying and pasting my last predictions. I'll fix it when i am next on a computer.

Barring those 2, and i'll be honest I'm not a huge fan of Taco at either spot, there are a lot of picks that make sense. McDowell to the Seahawks would be very interesting.

The pick I'm not on board with is Watson at 6, or any QB really.

I can't see how the Jets can spend a 2nd round pick on a QB in 2016, then turn around a year later, with the same GM and HC, and spend the 6th overall pick on another QB without the first QB ever seeing the field. A 2nd rd pick is a valuable thing. I know it's all about finding a franchise QB, and if they think Watson is the guy then fair enough, but then that just shows what an idiotic pick Hackenberg was. Would they Maccagnan and Bowles admit that? We'll see.

I will not be a happy man if we Draft a QB at #6! Although Watson would be the one I'd be least disgusted by...

I could see Cook at the Raiders, but only if we don't land Marshawn Lynch. Given the priority the front office puts on protecting Derek Carr, Cam Robinson would be the pick for me in that draft.

Edited my post,

18. Tennessee Titans - John Ross, WR
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Derek Barnett, DE

is correct.

I like the draft, apart from the Browns not taking Watson first pick :-)

I don't think Charlton will be on the Cardinals board. He looks a 4-3 DE. IMO the reason he improved so much this year was the Wolverines formation. If he went to a predominantly 3-4 with plenty of 3-3 looks, then he would not be effective.

I picked him for that reason for the Saints in our draft, as he is a perfect scheme fit.
