Federer is tremendous but he never had to face Djokovic, Nadal or Murray to win it. Always feel the tournament is slightly diminished when we don't get to see those guys play each other. I'm pretty sure Federer would have beat Djokovic or Murray given their injury issues at the moment but Roger v Rafa would have been a much better final than what we just witnessed.

Murray's run last year was much trickier than Fed's this year. Not saying it would have made a difference mind, I said Fed winning this year was a formality before the tournament even started...
