According to D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Da’Ron Payne is our #1 target, and we might trade up to get him. I'd rather stick at 26 but we have a good history of trading up under Dimitroff.

Interesting. I’ve had Taven Bryan pegged for the Falcons since my first Mock, guess it depends on what type of DT they want. I’d say Payne is probably the safer and more pro ready pick, but Bryan arguably has a higher ceiling. Don’t see Payne dropping that far, would think Atlanta would look to get ahead of Dallas if they really want him...

Well after all the talk of going defensive with our first pick we signed WR Calvin Ridley.

Not a bad looking class, we'll know for sure in a few seasons though.

I know mate but camp will start soon enough and then our drought will nearly be over.

I see we have signed 27 college free agents today.

I don't know anything about them, does anyone follow the college game on here?

Well what are people's thoughts on our 2019 draft?

I was surprised we haven't looked to improve our pass rush through the draft but on reflection using the two first round picks on our O-Line does make sense if it means Matt Ryan can deliver the ball down field without getting rushed or hit so often.

Long way to go to the season but what's everyones thoughts on the upcoming season? Not a fan of the Koetter hire, Quinn seems to be making it on the fly. Can't see the defence improving so I'd say we will do well to win 8 games.

Hi James, sorry I took so long to respond, don't really come on here anymore since I saw the news they are closing this site down.

I'm slightly more confident than you at the moment and think we'll go 9-7 on the season.

Anyway hopefully see you on the UKNFLFAN site again soon, and anyone else who reads this and comes across.
