True, but I think it's apples and oranges comparing a radio show to live sport.

So were the replies.

Soccer AM is once a week.
How many would watch it it was on every weekday?
And yes, we sit through 3 hours of the NFL – I'd rather watch a live 3-hour NFL game than watch a 3-hour radio show.
Also, I wouldn't watch the NFL every evening even if it was on live every day.

Appreciate the responses guys, truly do.

Just nice to read something thats nothing to do with the possible announcement today!

So what other shows would people like to see on ESPNA and not just NFL?

It does strike me as a 'marmite' type show - people either love it or hate it - at least that's how it seems to me.
Cheers Paul... it was absolutely meant as a light hearted comment!!!

I'd love to see ESPN America show it, I love watching it when I'm in the States. Sadly like many people I'm normally at work when it's on live and it's not the kind of show you record to watch later.

How about if it were streamed live on ESPN 360? I've seen the odd clip on there but an actual live stream would be ace!

Id love to see it on ESPNA for sure. I listen to Mike and Mike, The Thundering Herd and The Scott Van Pelt Show podcasts every day and would love to see Mike and Mike on there. Its a shame they could'nt do like a condensed highlights program for like half an hour to air on the channel, just like the podcast. Id watch every day for sure. I watched last year when in the states it was brill!

As you download the podcast, why would you need a condensed TV version as well? It's a radio show so it's just 2 guys sitting behind a desk. I don't see the point in having both radio/Tv versions of highlights. I listen to all the shows you mention as well but the audio podcast is sufficient

As I said before, I love listening to these guys, but seriously, a 3 hour TV programme would just be this.......

Love the show, and make an effort to check it out when I'm over there, however rarely seem to catch it online when I'm back home but I would be certainly be up for it being on ESPN America over here.
