It's a big problem. As much as I understand not wanting to get involved in a bidding war in Free Agency you also have to take into account what the worst case scenario is.
They've signed Nolan Carroll (a 30 year old), who is solid at best by all accounts. Scandrick is also 30, and you better pray that Anthony Brown doesn't regress after a solid rookie year.
The draft is deep, and I expect the success they had with Brown (a 6th rounder) has fortified their belief they can find help on day 3 of the draft. It's still a tough ask though for a rookie (or 2) to come in and start from day 1.
