not great for the womens world cup if that's the quality of teams who can now qualify for there expanded 24 team world cup.

the US where good but running up the score and celebrating even past 6 or 7 doesn't look very sporting.

A little weird, but a good idea I suppose.

Expect they got the idea from SuperXV Rugby, with teams in Argentina, South Africa, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

A very creditable 2-2 draw for Qatar against Paraguay, having been 2-0 down. The fear they’d get embarrassed in 2022 has probably diminished now that they’re Asian champions and will be gaining valuable tournament experience this year and next in consecutive Copa Americas.

well that fell apart quickly for the u21s and more than £50m for that, hmmm.
