don't forget "Aman from London" who was picked at random by the BBC to ask a question to the conservative contenders even though only last year he was working at Labour HQ.

seems both these guys have since the broadcast been suspended from there jobs as the social media posts come back to bite.

the BBC claimed they couldn't access one guys accounts as he shut them down over the weekend but Guido Fawkes and others found his anti-Semite stuff within 30 minutes of the broadcast.

well he served the purpose of taking out Raab and wasn't he asking the Javid supporters to jump to him last night and by reports was discussing joining the Gove ticket this morning.

atleast they remaining contenders can get on with normal conservative politics and not playing to the Lib Dem ticket.

At least read the article he reactivated his account after the debate, so it could only be found after the debate

guido fawkes and others showed there was activity on his account over the weekend so if he only de-activated his account on Monday did they not wonder what was he trying to hide or did they not care.

but also he was on Nicky Campbells show this morning even after his social media posts had become "news" over night but still made it onto the air waves.

tbh who cares?

some random fella was there to make it look like the public were involved, when really they would of known the things they wanted to ask and just let some random do it.

(there was also a pro Hunt fella that didnt seem to listen to the answers but just praise Hunt and knock Rory.)

people seem keen to focus something meaningless rather than reality.

i must of missed the bit where he was remain?

he was simply being truthful about the situation and realising you have to govern a whole country arent bad traits.

Boris literally got taken out by his own words when in the past he moaned about Brown not having a mandate from the people, yet he doesnt think he needs one. this time its worst given the gridlock in parliament.

i have said before the smart plan to have another vote to either remain or leave with whatever, set in stone, that should pass with the right pressure.
with a planned GE and parties able to offer plans for whatever the outcome.

thats the right way out of this mess for the country.

I can think of some non-rich folk from the north-east who seem to like it just fine.

I don't know... it seems to me in the UK and America that you are better taking over another party than you are building another one, generally. Trump's not really Republican. If he thought he could get to the White House with a blue badge rather than a red one he'd have run as a Democrat. In fact he was a member of the Democrats not too many years earlier, wasn't he? Here, Momentum is full of former Communist or other radical left party members who have infiltrated Labour, the so the same is happening on the right of the Conservatives. I think Farage would return to the Tories in a heartbeat if it was his kind of Conservative party. Forget all that 'political establishment' nonsense - whatever gets him what he wants. So far he has mostly achieved change from the outside but if you really want to get somewhere you need to be part of the big two parties in England and I'm not sure that will change. Clegg had a go at getting somewhere without being in either of the big two, and look where that got him and his party. I'm not sure any smaller party will be in a hurry to do that again.

Yes. That's why we get the politicians we deserve. If you're fed up with lying politicians who don't deliver on their promises, stop voting for them over the one who tells you the unpalatable truth! Though happily in this particular race, there are no such quandaries as none of them will tell the unpalatable truth about Brexit. They all think they can solve it. You can't.

That's because he isn't. Lee isn't telling you the truth! Can you believe it? Stewart was of course one of the strongest advocates for May's deal. Which makes him more into Brexit than those like Boris and Rees-Mogg and that dwarf with an inflatable pink balloon for a head who have denied the will of 17.4m people by voting against something that would have taken the UK out of the EU by 29 March. Enemies of Brexit! Brexit means Brexit. A red, white and blue Brexit. And they stopped it happening on 29 March.

That poll of Tory members that Goodkarma posted just goes to show that anyone who isn't a privileged and well-off English person should be against Brexit. If you are Scottish or Northern Irish and you voted for Brexit, why are you putting your trust into the hands of people who clearly don't give a damn about you? They care about England and will think nothing of throwing you under the bus. They're not going to help you or do what's in your interests. The same goes for the poor, or poorer areas of the country. These are the kind of people who talked about Liverpool in the 80s and putting it into a period of 'managed decline'. Now you want them to step in and do what they think is best rather. Well guess whose interests they will look after first. Hint: it's not yours.
