I'd do a baseball style rule, if you decide to go to college you've got to stay for 3 years, but if you want to go to the NBA you can straight out of high school.

Nope Kids aren't ready for NBA as soon as they leave College these days. Also top talented Kids would just skip College if they knew they were guaranteed Money in the NBA.

It Works in the MLB cause there are farm systems but the NBA currently doesn't have that.

The D League isn't utilized correctly in the NBA i'm afraid.

Yeah I'm not a fan of the one and done. Although what I will say is that teams with experienced juniors and seniors have a bigger chance these days. That may include non-traditional teams such as Wichita State and Dayton. But Florida, Michigan State and Louisville are all looking good and full of experience

At the minute it's almost better to recruit someone who will be with the programme 3-5 years, if you look at all the teams who are having success

Speaking of the NBA, did you see the T-wolves have scored 73 points in the first half against the Suns?

Just all of the "SEC sucks" "Florida padded their resume" rubbish annoyed me, same reason I rooted for Seattle in the 2010 playoffs.
