Default Twickenham 2018??

With WHL hosting NFL games next year where does that leave Twickenham for next year?.i seem to remember the nfl agreeing to play 3 games in 3 years at Twickenham. Which if true they've already acheived that this year.anyone got any info about its future ?.

I hope not it is an awful venue to get to if you are coming from out of London, parking is difficult and public transport links from the north terrible. Last years fan zone was poor, but then again so was Wembley this year.

I’d be quite happy to see the back of Twickenham, nice to say I’ve been there but it’s terrible to get to.

The "3 games over 3 years contract" was always flexible to allow for any potential delays with the completion of WHL. If the new stadium had been delayed until 2019 then you would've seen one game played this year and the third game in 2018.

Good riddance I say....not fit to host NFL.

OK for the dwarf world cup or worlds skinniest man competition....but the seats are far too cramped and parking and transport links aren't great.

The agreement was for a minimum of 3, maximum of 5 over 3 years. They still have 2 in hand if they need to cover a delayed WHL next year.

I think everyone has summed it up nicely already.
It's a shocking venue for NFL - strangely i've usually enjoyed it when I've gone for rugby in the past but the seats etc. are awful!
Although I am going over the next few weeks, that's simply because I want to maintain 100% attendance at every UK International Series game - not sure whay I'm that bothered but i'll be there and hopefully for the last time :-)

The only thing that would slow it down so far would be making sure the sliding trays work. Steel and not concrete for the south end will help with the time it takes to complete.

Personally I like it for fhe simple reason it's near where I live. Wembley is worse and whl will be even worse.
