I have. No option to renew my previous seats.

Seriously, how hard is it? This is Ticketmaster's core business yet they consistently mess it up!

When are you going to fire them?

this is ridiculous..i only have one browser open at all today..have logged out and back in and still only have option to pick greyed out seats

I was about to write "Me too", till I realised that response has already been taken by a genuinely more serious issue.

Last year, level 2, 45 yard line, row 1.

This year I wasn't offered the chance to renew, just like the people above - and with only one browser open, Qualcomm, so I've ended up with level 2, 40 yard line, row 2.

This is just not good enough, especially when I see seats already being sold on Viagogo. I'm about to notify Fan Fair Alliance.

Before everyone does that, can you confirm that you've fixed the link?

If they can't get simple season ticket renewals right, just wait until the free for all on the WHL tickets...
