You're right, there is usually a note somewhere near the bottom of all these news reports saying this is in the "big four" US sports.

Well good for him and them but i don't care and one day i hope this is how everyone feels when they hear the news that someone is Gay.

It's none of my business what someone is attracted to it's none my f'n business if they screw Men, Women, Transsexuals.

Yea Robbie Rogers who played in England for Leeds and Stevenage. I meant to say the big 4 sports in the states.

In other news.

Since Westbrook came back the Thunder are still struggling to adjust.
On another message board I saw Westbrook for Love thrown around, the reasoning being the Wolves wanting to not risk Love leaving for free. I doubt it happens, but if they dont reintegrate properly, is Westbrook now expendable for OKC?

Stupid Blazers throwing away that game in Dallas on friday night

Jazz looked very poor against the Knicks especially defensively, I think they need to trade one of their big men, Kanter or Favors at the draft, you can't play the two together and whilst they are both young and have upside I do think there's only room for one of them. However, given that the Jazz didn't manage to trade either Millsap or Jefferson last season when they were both expiring deals, I'm sure sure the F.O. is that proactive.

Speaking of the Knicks, I'm wondering can they yet sneak into the playoffs? I watched some of the game against the Jazz and in that Eastern conference a starting 5 of Felton, Smith, Anthony, Stoudemire & Chandler really should be enough if they stay healthy - it was (sadly) men against boys out there which partly tells you how far the Jazz have to go but also that the Knicks could make the playoffs yet (and doubtless be swept by Indiana / Miami).

Their upcoming schedule doesnt look too bad either:

Mon 10 vs Philadelphia
Wed 12 @ Boston
Sat 15 vs Milwaukee
Wed 19 vs Indiana
Fri 21 @ Philadelphia
Sun 23 vs Cleveland
Tue 25 @ L.A. Lakers
Wed 26 @ Sacramento
Fri 28 @ Phoenix
Sun 30 @ Golden State
Mon 31 @ Utah

Wed 2 vs Brooklyn
Fri 4 vs Washington
Sun 6 @ Miami
Fri 11 @ Toronto
Sun 13 vs Chicago
Tue 15 @ Brooklyn
Wed 16 vs Toronto

The rest of March especially looks favourable, if they could go 7-3 in those 10 games that would take them to a .419 winning percentage, though I guess that is still below what Atlanta and Charlotte are currently posting. That said Atlanta is on a six game slide and is ripe to be caught.

Great win! Didn't expect it at all when they were down by 18 as well...thought it would be another blowout defeat so thanks to Meeks having a career best game, it was at least one bright spot on the season!

May passed everyone by but the Lakers are officially Eliminated from making the Playoffs they are joined by Sacramento and Utah.

Just to show how weak the East is Milwaukee are 13 and 54 but aren't eliminated yet not even close the Magic Number is 5 to Eliminate the Bucks.
