Default Browns QB issue - Advantage or Not?

Does it give the Browns any advantage going into the Vikings game if they dont name the starting QB until last minute?

Everyone on NFL Network seem sure it will be Brady Quinn anyway but was just wondering what everyone thinks.

I think it gives a slight advantage but not worth all the hastle!

It may be a small advantage but nothing major as both QBs are pretty similar, neither are amazingly accurate but anderson has the stronger arm.
Dragging it out this long just damages the team though, it means the players don't know which guy to rally around and more importantly the recievers don't know who to get used to

It is more than likely going to be Quinn, he is the fan favourite and they drafted him so they want to get good value from him. Anderson will most likely be traded while he still has some value

If it gave a major advantage teams every year would do this who didnt have a clear number 1 QB. Its happened a few times in the past but rarely.

Think the vast majority of people thought it would be Quinn anyway

I dont think it will harm the team as everyone will have more or less known for a good few days now by how they have set up in the drills behind closed doors, i think everyone has more or less known since Quinn/DA hardly featured in last pre season game against the Bears. All of this secrecy is probably Mangenius thinking he is some form of Billacheat genius

As for Quinn i think some on here are to quick to jump on the lad, he aint played much and his stats were pretty good until he broke his finger and then tried to play through it like a heroic QB and had a stinker against the Bungles
