Nick Foles is set to hit Free Agency, after the Eagles picked up his $20m option and Foles paid $2m to void the final year of his contract.

maybe they just wanted a quick 2mill

but i they can still tag him if they believe they can trade him and that might happen as i believe they cant get a comp pick now.

i just hope we stay away from him, he only seems to workout in Philly.

They had Isaiah Oliver waiting in the wings. Guess they'll draft a CB now and therefore save on how much money they have invested in their secondary. I expect they have some contracts to address soon too.

Now the San Francisco mayor has said that she thinks the Raiders should play in Oakland, and with the 49ers unwilling to give up their territorial rights it looks like the Giants stadium might be off the table. With time running out and Goodell wanting an answer so the league can sort out the schedule, it's probably down to either Levi's or a last year in Oakland.

I know it's not as simple as that, and there seem to be a lot of burnt bridges, but staying in Oakland until Vegas is ready seemed to make the most sense from the beginning.

If Mark Davis can get past paying the city of Oakland to fund their lawsuit against the league then it could be all settled.

Would have counted $4m against the cap, but leaves $1.3m dead cap so not that much of a saving. He'll get picked up by someone when their kicker gets the yips.
