I'll add Abraham but there are a lot of guys with a similar resume who haven't come close to the HOF.

Take a seat next to Fred Taylor, Corey Dillon, Jamal Lewis, Eddie George, Warrick Dunn and Ricky Williams in the Hall of Very Good.
Comfortably a better running back than all of them though. Just a shame he has played on such a poor team with no line to help him out.

Yeah, agreed. Taylor will probably get in the 4th or 5th attempt. Thomas might have to wait a decade+ but I think they'll both get elected. Thomas' 5 1st team All Pros are certainly HOF calibre.

His average per carry is higher as is his total yardage with still more to go. Behind on TDs but if you remove the word comfortably I stand by what I said.

Forget averages, watch the tape. George was a beast - him and McNair carried that team for years.

Much the same way your guy has.

Which is exactly why I agreed to remove the comfortably bit. Never saw much of George play to be honest so only have stats to go by. I never really remember him whilst I was around 12 years old think I would have only seem the last couple of years of his career properly.
