I'm a comic book fan, but can do without far too many ordinary Super-Hero films. The re-booting of franchises is just another term for barrel being scraped

What I can sat in favour of Marvel is that they are not DC Films. Their films are pretty much unwatchable

Comic book movies were in dire straits in the 2000s, with exception of the Dark Knight series, when Iron Man came out in 2008 no one cared. The superhero market was completely saturated with mostly terrible big budget CGI borefests. Iron Man was a breath of fresh air. 10 years later it hasn't aged particularly well but at the time it was the superhero movie the market desperately needed, but it wasn't until the first Avengers film that the masses started to take notice and the MCU completely hit it's stride. Not every film has been a smash hit and there have certainly been some mis-steps along the way but they've completely nailed the formula to make a great comic book movie, something DC just hasn't worked out yet.

Because I love a list, here's my ranking of the MCU films so far...

1. Guardians of the Galaxy
2. Thor Ragnarok
3. Black Panther
4. Winter Soldier
5. Avengers
6. Civil War
7. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
8. Iron Man
9. Doctor Strange
10. Ant-Man
11. Spider-Man Homecoming
12. Age of Ultron
13. Thor
14. Captain America
15. The Dark World
16. The incredible Hulk
17. Iron Man 3
18. Iron Man 2
I can go with that mostly but Winter Soldier is my favourite and I would put Spidey aa bit higher because I really enjoyed it and Michael keaton is one of the better bad guys. Also disclaimer I have not seen Black Panther so it's not on my list I'm going in a few hours though.

Edit: good film definitely put it in the top 5 MCU, Ryan Coogler is batting .1000 with Fruitvale station, Creed and Black Panther.

both Spiderman and X-Men (until they got to the 3rd ones) were pretty decent.

The Death of Stalin

Interesting and very funny account of the plotting after Stalin's Death. The casting is excellent.
