I’ve been trying to plug the gap between picks #134 and #205 which I have, and have kind of done that, and whilst one of the players who i would’ve taken at 32 is still there (not sure he’ll last till 47), there’s whole heap of guys from end of round 2 to end of round 4 I like, so trying to add picks in that range.

Gardiner-Johnson was the safety I was talking about the other day - I think he’s a brilliant talent, and see him going in round one in the real life draft
If the guy you want gets to #47, then....BINGO!

As long as it's not a safety you should be fine! (see below)

5 safeties in 11 picks.

I think that's what you call a run on the position.

Haha - got my eye on a couple of developmental day three safeties, so I’m ok...for the moment!

Pick made and PM sent

Was hoping to grab a TE here in all honesty and hoped Irv SMith Jr would drop to me

When he was taken thought it would either be a WR or CB to take, surprised both Marquise Brown and DeAndre Baker were still on the board tbh

Eventually felt CB was a bigger need than WR for the Lions (already have Jones and Golladay) and that Baker is a steal here for me as I have him to go in the first round

djhdjh posting

I'm amazed Baker dropped this far. He's been one of the best players at any position in College Football in the last 2 years. It's true that he doesn't profile as a great corner but he just doesn't let his man get away from him.

What's the lowdown on Cajuste? His name seemed to be mentioned quite a bit early in the Draft process, but lately I've not seen many analysts that high on him. I haven't watched him at all, so I've got nothing to go off.

I liked Baker when i watched Georgia from time to time during the season, but I didn't like how he moved at the Combine. That kind of soured me on him a little.

Still, at #43 I don't think anyone's going to argue.

Oh, wrong Mac. Sorry.

(Mac from 'Predator' - just in case you're thinking I've lost the plot)

Nice fit with Blake Martinez.
