Richard Seymour has completed his first pratice and should now be able to play on Sunday. This is a big big bonus for that Pats, bigger than alot of people will probably realise. This guy has been to the pro-bowl every season hes been in the NFL, hes a real difference maker.

Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has more than the Philadelphia Eagles defense on his mind, as his grandmother died at the age of 94.

According to Patriots spokesperson Stacey James, Margaret Brady passed away Wednesday night in the San Francisco area and suffered a stroke earlier in the week.

Brady, meanwhile, owns an 8-0 career playoff record, two titles and two Super Bowl MVPs. The former sixth-round pick out of Michigan had an outstanding 2004 regular season, registering career highs in yards (3692), yards per-attempt (7.79) and QB rating (92.6). His 28 touchdown passes also matched a personal best first established during the 2002 season.

New England will take on the Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX Sunday night at Alltel Stadium in Jacksonville, FL.

Hopefully this won't affect Brady's performance on Sunday, I feel for Tom. :'(
