Good point about the the west coast offense coming to Cleveland and Cincy . . .

Gonna need a corner or two?

and talk of tackles looking good, if one falls we could decide to nab one.
I don't need to be an GM/head coach/scout to know that Tackles, corners & d-lineman are definitely the priority.

If Ohio are adapting the WCO I don't think we need to worry to much next season. McCoy looks like he could be the real deal but they need to give him some weapons and it looks like at least Palmer or 85 are leaving cincy so they could be rebuilding (rebuilding from what i'm not sure) but Marv is on the hot seat in cincy so he could go at the end of next year and change their system again.

The resigning of Timmons has to be the priority next season (Along with Wallace & Troy) I suppose we will tie up Woodley to a long term contract and reduce the salary hit for the next couple of seasons.

I thought you meant resigning as opposed to re-signing for a second!

post-combine i will take CB aaron williams from texas.he seems to be a steeler type big & solid safe tackler and no character question marks!this is my easy fall back option with all the mystery surrounding the CB position, ike unsigned, mcfadden seemingly injured and hopefully will gay released!williams also possesses the ability to possibly play safety something tomlin describes as essential(the ability to play different positions)whatever happens heres hoping its a good draft!laters guys

I think we should predict the 1st 2-3 rounds post combine now & make it interesting.

Now I've read about the "character issues" surrounding my boy Jimmy Smith, I'm going to go "all in" to get the PITTSBURGH PRINCE if he drops down to #10 - can't let Houston get a sniff.

So that takes care of my picks 2 & 3 (& next year's #1 as well) but we won't mind if he makes the Pro Bowl & helps us win the Super Bowl

Well looks like i'm going to be away again from tomorrow so probably going to miss the 1st 2 days of the draft

I'm still not 100% sure which way we are going to go in round 1, I keep seeing Aaron Williams's name popping up but i'm not fully convinced by that and think it will be a lineman for 1 side of the ball or the other...

So anyway heres my predictions (not that I can find out if they are right until saturday )

1) OL - Ben Ijalana - Villanova
2) DB - Brandon Burton - Utah
3) DT - Kenrick Ellis - Hampton (Where better to draft Casey's future replacement than from Hampton!)

I still want . . .

DT Muhammad Wilkerson - Temple University

but he's moved up boards.

I still don't think we'll go for a corner in round 1, we could even drop out of round 1 to gain picks between rounds 2 and 4.

If one of those big interior lineman, Taylor/Heyward etc is still there we should stay put and pick though.
