I wonder what he could do it in if he was prepared to take the suit off.

Do you really want to watch Rich Eisen running the 40 nude?

That is basically a dressed up advert.

I don't like Eisen anyway, give me the Shek anyday.

A sub 6 second run isn't so bad for Rich in his suit. My last 40 was 5.1 so not brilliant at all.

Advert for Under Armour it may have been but hats off to the guy for giving it a go. And he seemed to take the sub 6 thing quite seriously too.

I think he'd be Kouandijo speed if he was in sweats.....

The last time I was timed in the 40 yd dash I managed a 4.82. To put that in perspective Taylor Lewan ran a 4.87 this year. The main difference - I'm 5 ft 9 and 175 pounds he's 6 ft 7 and 310 pounds!

Unfortunately I'd never be able to try to run 40 yards in work clothes as most of my working day is spent on a construction site!

Me and my friends did it outside our local pub a few weeks ago, one of them got 4.50.

The next few hours were spent talking about how he was going to get in the NFL.
