He's got to beat out Fitzmagic first.

i think landing Rosen means the tank is off, otherwise its an odd move if the plan was to tank for a QB.

I think even with Rosen they could potentially end up un-intentionally tanking, and it would be intriguing to see what they do, and what would be even more intriguing would be how Rosen would react again.

With that being said at this early stage (ridiculous to speculate at this stage i know as a lot can happen) but i believe Bengals are front runners for the #1 pick next year

Yeah, tough to see a scenario where the Dolphins get the 1st overall pick and Rosen had shown enough for them to pass on the best QB in the Draft.

Rosen has a marginally better supporting cast this year, but looking at their schedule he'll do well to get to a 6-10 record.

That said, just look around the league at how many teams could be potentially be chasing a QB in 2020. Bengals, Bucs, Raiders, Steelers, Titans, Chargers, Saints, Pats? POTENTIALLY.

How many of those teams will have a better record than the Dolphins, at say 6-10? Rosen could have a decent year and the Dolphins could STILL be staring Tua or Herbert in the face.
