Bosch on Amazon Prime is an interesting police procedural. Haven't read any of the books, but always liked LA as a back drop to a detective story

I Think You Should Leave, is worth a watch on Netflix, a sketch show with a pretty good hit rate.

well you missed out on a great show and watching the movie you forget how great a cast there was.spent plenty of time trying to remember which shows the cast members ended up doing.

caught the 1st episode of black Monday on sky atlantic,don Cheadle playing a stock broker starting 1 year before the 1987 market crash.funny in places.

just again watched all of 'the wire' (which is also near coming to an end on sky atlantic). i feel so empty

couple of things; (SPOLIERS);

hated the way omar was killed. man deserved a better death. marlo was an unlikeable prick with no personality and no way in real circumstances would he have been allowed to have lived for so long no matter his muscle... well apart from snoop who was a real life gangster herself. i mean prop joes business didn't skip a beat. and avon's west-side love-in with marlo when he came to prison to visit the russian to get to the greeks and mc nulty got annoying with with his smirky smiles.

would love to see what they are up to now. not a new series but after a decade a once-off feature/film length episode.

Finished binge watching Season 3 of Stranger Things earlier. Love this show, not surprisingly since I’m an ‘80s nerd. This one’s definitely darker/grosser than it’s predecessors. Could happily watch a spin off featuring Steve, Dustin and Robin (Maya Hawke, great addition to the cast).
