Default Tony Sparano? His Style...?

I would like to know what kind of game does our coach Tony Sparano like to play? I mean does he like to play short bullet passes, Hail Mary's or a lot of running plays. Maybe he leaves the choice to the players themselves... I'm not sure. How has his management influenced the way the Dolphins play?

No offense kid, but relax with the topic questions! Watch some of our game highlights you'll see our style pretty quickly.

We're generally a rush first team. If you find one of Syborg's posts you'll see a nice quote from Sparano about how our rushing style is not "for the meek".

He's a former offensive line coach and you can see that in the team as our OL has improved markedly since he came in, and is getting quite NASTY

The other reason for being a run first team has been lack of suitable personnel, with Pennington and a relatively limited receiver corps, we are better suited to shorter passes and lots of runs, especially with Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams at running back (the R&R EXPRESS!).

However with the hopeful continued emergence of Henne plus the Marshall signing, we should have much more threat in the passing game and with a bit of luck we could be looking at an explosive offense next year.

It's all dependent on Henne IMO. If he pushes on to the next level we can expect some serious fireworks.

Hey dolfan14

Don't get disheartened Bryanod didnt mean it like that. We were all new to the game once upon a time and had questions that we wanted answers for. A lot of us found out by watching highlights etc as t'internet didn't exist back then.

Do a bit of research however, and watch some video's on youtube, nfl.com etc in the offseason as well as it will help you out (as well as keep you up to date with the Phins news).

Nice to have a keen young Dolfan on board
