Default NFL Podcasts

What ones do you recommend?

I listen to both Inside The Huddle and Best of Mike and Mike. Thoroughly enjoy both. Was just wondering if there were any other decent ones out there!

I listen to the Rich Eisen Podcast, NFL AM Double Coverage & The Coaches podcast.

All worth checking out.

Had to stop listening to Rich Eisen, seriously too big for his boots.

Recently started listening to the Americanage podcast, which although not completely NFL, is great.

If you like proper game film and concepts based discussion then both of Greg Cosell's podcasts are essential listening. Think I slightly prefer his one with Doug Farrar but the one with Adam Caplan is also brilliant - they're much of a muchness.

+1 really good for the nerdy Xs and Os stuff.

The former is yahoo sports' shutdown corner, I hear it's hard to find for ituners, I think you need to add the feed manually. I think the latter is in fantasyguru, similar but not as good really, since Caplan doesn't seem to listen to or understand what Cosell is saying.

Eisen can occasionally be really good; it's guest dependent. 90% of the time it's just some celebrity who wants to plug their lastest thing.

Not a fan at all of Dameshek or double coverage (cover 2 used to be good, but hate the new guy; Kreigel or whatever); both follow the US formula of needlessly being abrasive and argumentative, while managing to talk about virtually nothing.

Americarnage is excellent in every way, although NFL is perhaps a fifth to a third of the total content week-to-week.

Coaches show isn't bad at all.

I really like the current pairing on NFL.com draft tracker, but it's much more college based.

Tuesday Morning Football, it's a UK based NFL podcast I subscribe and look forward to listening to it as an alternative to Inside the huddle.

Two British nfl fans, Will Gavin @willgav and James Dixon @thejamesdixon. Both are very knowledgeable and get great interviews, for example this week they had former broncos gm Ted Sundquist on the pod.
