Got tickets for the Steelers vs Vikes game, be good to know how well the Who Dat Nation will be represented. Anybody else going? Got any good tips, this will be our first NFL game.

I'll be there, trip to NO little out of my price range at the moment so I look forward to the Wembley games and keep my fingers crossed they bring the Saints back over.

I'll be there! Will be my 2nd NFL game in the space of a week, get back from NO on thursday after watching the Cardnidals/Saints game!
Not that I'm bragging or anything.....

Only tip I can think to give is to try not waste too much time in queues for merch. There's quite a lot going on at the tailgate and waiting around for merch chews up so much time and isn't really worth it

WhoDatMonkey87 - New Orleans is great. Daquiris on Bourbon Street. Breakfast at Pierre Masperos. One Mufelletta between two is enough from the Central Grocery!!! Acme Oyster House was good, queues to get in though. Southern food is best.

Never been to a Saints game hopefully in the next five years.

Thanks dude will be sure to check out that place for a breakfast! Really looking forward to going. Going to Baton Rouge on the saturday before the Saints game to watch an LSU game, really looking forward to that.
What's the nightlife like in New Orleans??

Hey WhoDatMonkey87, I am not sure if this is a serious question! The night life is awesome but it does depend on your tastes. There is something for everyone including casinos, but if you are into live music ranging from Jazz through cajun to alternative you will find something here. Bourbon Street is a must if you like a drink. I think you will love it. And before the game, Champions Square right next to the Dome is fantastic with bands and bars and the Saintsations dancing and its just brilliant!!! As a Saints fan you will love it. Also, if you are there for quite a long time and you want to become part of the fabric of New Orleans, you could consider giving a day to Habitat for Humanity, they do awesome stuff there. But whatever you do you will have a good time. I will be at the two London games, probably in Trafalgar square if they have it on again on the Saturday. Look out for me, I will have my White Jimmy Graham on. Cheers.

It's my first football game too So excited after getting the tickets yesterday but wish the Saints were playing. We can always hope though

For merchandise, if you want to get it and you're around on the Saturday, get it then. They've sold it at the Trafalgar Square fan rallies previously, and I imagine they'll be selling it at the Regent Street one for the Steelers-Vikings game as well. Queues are typically a lot shorter there than they are at the fan rally.

I'll be at both games this year, haven't missed one yet. There's usually a good few Saints fans around at them (judging by jerseys) - although I won't be wearing my Brees jersey for this one myself, I'm taking my Dad who's a Vikings fan, so I'll be joining him in supporting them, just for this one game. Also he still hasn't gotten over a certain NFC Championship game and I don't want to antagonize him.
