Default NFLUK Boarders (Beta League) - Official FF Thread

Well guys, great effort on the draft... 12 out of 12... Awesome stuff!!!

I think we need our own thread so anything beta doesn't get lost in amongst the other leagues...

Anyone up for doing a draft review??

I've already won this, seems a shame to start a new thread to rub everyones nose in it...

Not a bad draft overall a few lose picks mainly Helu, Royster and Leshoure but still some decent players in FA for when the wheels inevitably come flying off.

Great to see a full house at the draft - rare that any draft gets that. Although I guess the late notice of it all helped this as less time for people's plans to change.

Will be interesting to see what I think of my draft after a few weeks of the season, but generally happy at the moment, except a couple of picks.

Just thought I'd post the draft results for all to browse if they so wish. Going through them certainly made me kick myself at a couple of points, and curse Windy City Flyers again for genuinely selecting 2 players I had lined up for the very next pick, when they took Jason Witten, then Coby Fleener 2 rounds later. It is the one position I still kick myself over, but I'll be keeping my eyes peeled on those Free Agents that get elevated to starter status.

Also, as a 49er fan I had my eye on certain picks, but David Akers certainly went too early for me, and the 49ers Defense went when I was thinking about them, if not quite ready to pull the trigger.

I'm sure we can all look through the above, and think of what we could have done differently, and I could query the selections of others, but I best wait til I see how good/bad my team fare first.

Fair to say that one team has a certain reliance on the Patriots though....
